Where are M & Mrs Brook glasses designed?
All M & Mrs Brook frames come to life in our offices in France, driven by William & Jonathan, two opticians who chose to launch a brand combining demanding quality with affordable prices. Manufacturing is then entrusted to partner workshops located in China, carefully selected for their renowned expertise in producing high-end optical frames. Once back in France, each model undergoes meticulous quality control to guarantee you a flawless product upon delivery.
How to become an M & Mrs Brook customer?
Go to www.m-and-mrs-brook.com and access the “Professional Area” section. Once you’ve completed the form with the required information, your account creation request will be sent to us for manual validation. You’ll receive confirmation within 2 hours if your account is activated. You’ll then be able to view our entire professional catalog, including pricing and the option to place an order.
Important: Only optical professionals can become M & Mrs Brook customers. We do not sell our products directly to individuals.
What is the minimum order?
For any first order, a minimum order of 30 frames is required to validate your account.
Once you’re a M & Mrs Brook customer, you can order with no minimum quantity.
Please note: delivery is free for orders of 3 or more (excluding promotional offers). Below this threshold, a €10 shipping fee will apply.
How does the M & Mrs Brook after-sales service work?
All M & Mrs Brook frames come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty covers only manufacturing or assembly defects found at the factory. It does not cover breakage, natural wear, or damage caused by daily use of the product.

Are M & Mrs Brook glasses only available online?
Not at all. We have a network of representatives throughout France.
Don’t hesitate to contact us at +33 1 84 60 88 88: we’ll put you in touch with the sales representative in your region, who will be able to present our collection to you directly.
If you prefer to order online, simply create your professional account using our dedicated form. Once validated (within 24 hours), you’ll have access to the online ordering area.
How to order online?

Pour finaliser votre achat, accédez à votre panier et suivez les étapes de validation de commande.
Plusieurs modes de paiement sont disponibles : carte bancaire (VISA / MasterCard) ou prélèvement automatique.
Si vous optez pour le prélèvement, un mandat SEPA vous sera transmis par e-mail. La commande sera traitée dès réception du mandat signé, accompagné de votre RIB.
What are the shipping times?
After your order has been confirmed, shipment is generally completed within 24 to 72 hours.
Delivery is handled by TNT/FEDEX or CIBLEX, with delivery expected before 1 p.m.
Where do M & Mrs Brook expeditions depart from?
All our eyewear and products are shipped from our warehouse located in the Paris region, where we maintain a large inventory.
We make every effort to prepare and ship your orders—or customer service requests—the same day, or the next day at the latest, to guarantee delivery within 72 hours of confirmation.
How are products shipped?
Each frame comes with demo lenses bearing the M & Mrs Brook logo, carefully packaged individually in a clear polyethylene bag, and then grouped in groups of 10 to 15 in a cardboard box bearing the M & Mrs Brook logo.
Good to know: Cases and microfiber cloths are included with the frames. You can also order additional ones if needed.
A POS kit will be automatically sent to you with your first order.
